We collect what you choose to provide when you submit the contact form (including any site plans or photos you attach), email brent@bhconsultingarb.ca, call us, or engage our services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, project location and details, property information, files such as site plans, and anything else you include.

Information collected automatically

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. It records general information such as pages viewed, the referring site, browser type, and approximate country. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also processes IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google’s servers.

Service providers

Resend: enquiries submitted through the contact form, including any site plans or photos you attach, are delivered to our email inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend’s privacy policy is at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

HubSpot and QuickBooks: we use HubSpot and QuickBooks to manage client records and invoicing for engaged clients.

Cloudflare: hosts the website, processes form submissions in transit without storing them, and provides cookie-free analytics and security. Cloudflare’s privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Email and payments: email is handled by standard email providers. Where payments apply, they are processed by secure third-party processors, and we do not store complete card details.

These providers may only use your information for the purposes we specify.

Disclosure

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We may disclose it when required by law or legal process; to protect our rights, property or safety; when required by our professional liability insurer or professional associations; with your consent; or to deliver the service you asked for, for example sharing site information with a municipality as part of a permit application.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices
